The Tucker View Project is a 42-unit residential development over both parking and commercial uses. It consists of two buildings along Bergen Street in the heart of the South Ward of Newark, NJ. The larger of the two buildings, 1041 Bergen Street, has 32 residential units over a commercial space and 14 parking spaces. The building is 8 stories tall and has a roof deck for common use. The smaller of the two buildings, 1057 Bergen Street (Building B) has 10 residential units and a community center on the ground floor. It is 4 stories tall and occupies a corner site. Both buildings will be wood framed with brick exterior and modern windows that accent the design. These two buildings will be transformative for the Bergen Street corridor.
