The New York Acquisition Fund closed on the financing of two vacant parcels located at 411 & 413 Lennox Avenue in Central Harlem. Three adjacent city-owned parcels would also be conveyed to the sponsor, Lemor Development Group, to complete this 5-parcel assemblage. After site clearance, the sponsor intends to develop a mixed-income residence, consisting of 79 affordable multifamily rental units, 5,000 square feet of community facility space, and 7,555 square feet of leasable commercial space.
