Mount Hope
$94 Million
The Mount Hope Preservation Apartments was a refinance and rehabilitation of one of New York City’s largest repositioning to date. It consists of thirteen buildings containing 512 residential units and approximately 9,000 square feet for commercial use. The comprehensive rehabilitation plan, currently underway, includes in-place reconstruction of kitchens, bathrooms and energy-efficient upgrades. This project is a part of Mayor de Blasio’s New York housing Plan, which was recently accelerated and expanded through Housing New York 2.0, to produce 300,000 affordable homes by 2026, and the Community Preservation Corp.’s continued commitment to nonprofit affordable housing and community revitalization through financing.
