HCCI West 139th Cluster HDFC comprises five distressed NYC-owned, occupied multi-family buildings which currently include sixty (60) units.  The project is being sponsored by New York City Housing Preservation and Development’s Affordable Neighborhood Cooperative Program (ANCP). The buildings are being gut rehabbed.
