The Lenox Avenue Cluster will offer 54 units of affordable cooperatives for applicants who complete the homeownership education course presented by UHAB. Upon completion, these applicants will become shareholders in the HDCF co-ops. The remaining units will be set aside for qualifying applicants whose income equals or is less than 100% AMI.
